Assignment of the breakpoint regions of the rearrangement involving chromosomes 1 and 7 according to the analysis of G-banded chromosomes. The rearrangement was interpreted as follows: ins(7;1)(q36;p13.2p31.2) or in greater detail: ins(7;1)(7pter → 7q36::1p31.2 → 1p13.2::7q36 → 7qter;1pter → 1p31.2∷1p13.2 → 1qter). The arrowhead indicates the position of the submicroscopic deletion in1p13.2
