Egr-1 modulates Cdc25A at the transcription level. (a) Representative expression of Cdc25A and Egr-1 in normal human keratinocytes transduced with Egr-1 and marker control gene assessed by real-time quantitative PCR (Q-PCR). Total RNA was extracted from cells harvested at three time-points post transduction (12 h, 24 h and 36 h), reverse transcribed to cDNA and subjected to Q-PCR. Relative quantification was performed in triplicates, normalized with endogenous control gene GAPDH, and calibrated against 12 h GFP-transduced cells.
